ABSOLUTELY DISQUESTED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH LANDSEA HOMES AND THEIR SERVICE!!! We build our home and did a ONE TIME CLOSING, were promised to take care of pending items that were left and still no respond from them!!! Their is no phone number to speak to someone to take care of existing items, have left several messages on their website and phones and no responds from them, have no other option but to seek legal action!!! DO NOT RECOMMENED THEM TO BUILD YOUR HOME!!!!
Much has changed since the Landsea take over. No response from them for support. Im a very disappointed Landsea homeowner.
Reminiscing from the home show....awsome.
The model is nice but the bedroom are too small for my taste.
