Debi went above and beyond!
Don’t rent from these people. They ignore maintenance requests. Our electricity kept going out when running the ac and we were told to just get extension chords to spread out the use of our appliances. Turns out the power conditioner for the house had a lose wire. Took a year to finally get them to check into it. They threaten fees for being late paying rent in emergencies but let our roommate pay late multiple times with and waived his fees, gave him fake eviction notices.
