Signed a contract last July and was told an estimated 8-10 weeks to complete. Paid 50% down when we signed. Started calling mid September to inquire about completion. Many calls/emails and no response. Finally got to someone in Nov and they had not even started the fabrication! In January, they called saying fabrication was done and now we owed more money for the glass. Mind you, this was to be completed back in mid Sept to 1st of Oct.
