Wow, what a great trip celebrating my wife’s 30th. The staff all did an amazing job making myself, my wife and baby feel welcomed. The staff and concierge were all super accommodating including Cruz who was exceptional. Thank you again!
While the property itself is undeniably beautiful, I found the hotel to be quite misleading in its presentation of “free” and “complimentary” services. After paying $650 per night for four nights for an upstairs room, I was shocked to find an additional $70-per-day “resort fee” plus a 15% surcharge added to my bill. I booked through American Express, which includes $30 per day for breakfast and a $100 resort credit, yet only the $100 was applied to my room.
