Took my time to send a detailed email about the item I was looking to sell as requested on their website. Didn't even acknowledge the email and was very short with me on the phone. At least acknowledge the email. If you are looking for business act like a business.
We made two recent purchases from Vintage Home Boutique. I really like their website because the descriptions of the items are very thorough and there are multiple photographs of each item. I was able to reach Keith by phone to ask questions and we enjoyed meeting him when we went to pick up one of our purchases. Our second purchase was delivered and the delivery company was excellent; good communication re scheduling and careful handling. We love our new lamp and cabinet.
