they need better food. and by the time it gets to the people in the locked units the food is cold. at the cost of living there per month you would think the staff would change the sheets on the bed. my friend has to change his own sheets. he also needs better medical attention started with eye examinations and regular maintenance on his hearing aids. he has been there for quite a while and has not seen an ophthalmologist or an audiologist

The staff is so incredibly loving and intentional about respectfully sowing confidence and compliments into the residents. They really listen and care, and they design their activities around each resident’s personal likes. Had my mom golfing, painting, dancing and playing cards and puzzles all in her first week!
