Be very careful buying from this company: they do not take anything back after 30 days from their ship date, no matter when it arrives at your door, despite any holidays, despite if your contractor never received it, despite anything. No returns even for future credit, zero. Given their prices, too risky for me to buy from again.
Have to agree with the negative reviews. Dealing with Victoria was a very negative experience. Goods are faulty and they will not return. Dodgy company, AVOID.
I wish I had read other reviews before ordering. I ordered 5 fixtures from them for a total of just under $5,000. Two art deco chandeliers were shipped right away, but two came 2 1/2 weeks later. I had wanted to compare them. I called and spoke with Tristan who said that I could return them at the date I mentioned, which was 4 days after their initial ship date of the first lights. This company is completely crooked. They misrepresented product I purchased in March 2020 after going back and forth in email to ensure it was correct; refused to take it back or respond to emails. I had to dispute through my credit card company. Then in July 2020, they fraudulently charged my credit card again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION OF TRYING TO RETURN AN INFERIOR PRODUCT. I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. I purchased 3 light fixtures from Vintage Hardware and two of the lights are inferior. A polished brass light for $255 should not be tarnished, scratched and dented with wiring that appears to have been a used light sold as new. I have gotten nowhere with the company. Never again!!!!! Dealing with this merchant is the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. When they ship you damaged second quality merchandise, they want you - the customer - to pay to return shipping. Beware ... there are many negative reviews on this merchant. I am only giving one star to get this review posted.
