Very clean and organized. Dedicated staff. Members are respectful and practice good gym etiquette. A surprising and valuable addition to an otherwise sleepy town.

It's an excellent gym and a gem for Cadiz. The workout space is clean and well-organized, and the staff and ownership are terrific.

Absolutely love this place! Members are great at help new comers. Owners are awesome! Great price especially compared to other gyms in the area and a cheap day pass if your just wanting to try it out or cant commit to membership like myself

Place is CLEAN! They have top notch equipment! If you can't get a stellar training session in here you don't got it in you! Posing room, Protein Bar, Tanning, Yoga Sessions are an awesome addition! Members are friendly and inviting! The Decor is LEGIT! *Bonus Phat Kids* Chinese Food next door! GET YOU SOME VINTAGE! 10/10 Will be back!
