Vintage Elevator is great to work with, they helped my building elevator save tons of cost that we were told needed to be done by a different vendor, the diagnosis came out with a totally different issue with much less cost. Good communication, wonderful services and we are very happy to have Vintage Elevator service our building!
Poor service and unprofessional. Do not recommend to anyone
Talked with a nice lady on a call back from their answering service, shout out to them too ! I explained to the nice lady from VES that my handicapped wife had dropped our keys down the elevator shaft. We needed those keys for her access. The nice lady I had spoke with dispatched a mechanic from the field very quickly. He was prompt, polite and professional (Mario ?), he had the task completed and keys in my hands in less that a minute. Thanks to team at Vintage Elevator one and all for being a stand-up group !!
