Worst Customer Service Ever! – We worked with Tina Bickell at the San Diego store and she seemed great, very knowledgable. We selected a beautiful bamboo floor by Mohawk, and when it was installed we were so pleased. The problems began weeks later when our floor started raising and splitting at the joints.
