I walked in without knowing the vibe of the boutique, and as soon as we entered, I wasn't nervous at all. The butterflies of walking into my first bridal boutique are gone. I had my mother and sister with me and we all had an amazing time. The smiles and laughs were great, and Shelby and her mom made me feel like a princess. I'm so happy that I found my dream wedding dress here, and I will be telling all my girl friends to come here to hopefully find their dream wedding dress. Can't wait for April when my dress comes in!!
Very unprofessional. The responses to the other 1 star reviews speak for themselves. Customer service is awful and I’m sure the owner will have a response to this as well. Highly disappointed with the entire experience. I should have walked when I had the chance.
Shelby made my dress shopping experience so easy and enjoyable! Vintage chic was my first and only stop for wedding dress shopping and I’m so glad it was! I had a certain dress picked out going into the appointment that I was convinced I was going to get. Shelby had just gotten in a new dress the week prior that she thought would match my vibe and using her expertise, she had me try it on first. Shelby and her team at Vintage Chic made the whole wedding dress shopping experience amazing! She had amazing communication leading up to the appointment so she could understand what kinds of dresses I would want to try on, as well as the day of checking in to see if I had found a certain style of dress, I liked at the previous stores I had went to.
