This is the ABSOLUTE WORST car wash experience I have ever had. They put scratches on the hood of my car. Kyle came up there and told them that they scratches were NOT there prior, and to prove it, they were in a circular motion. They also broke my license plate cover on the front bumper. The manager had ZERO customer relation savyy. All he said was "we didn't do it". No offer to buff it out, which would have been a very easy solution.
