They're decent at cutting hair, but the barbers need to work on their manners. I don't get a "thank you" after giving you a tip?? Smh I guess that's NY for ya. Won't be returning ✌️
Without a doubt one of the worst barbershop experiences I’ve had in New York. I walked in as a first-time customer expecting professionalism and basic respect. Instead, I was treated as if my presence was an inconvenience. The customer service was arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking any sense of hospitality. Not a fan of the price, for haircut didn't match the price I paid. $50 for a haircut and beard at my regular spot I'd pay $30 for that. Will not return to this location.
