DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is disgusting, not just in the cleanliness of their facilities, but also in their business practices. I applied in April and was assured that the earlier I applied, the better rate I would get. This was untrue and scummy. They charge me $100 more a month for rent than my roommates who applied months after me. That is textbook bad business. They also charge a ridiculous amount for utilities and technology. DO NOT RENT HERE. My daughter’s experience at this St. George property was a nightmare due to horrific living conditions and predatory business practices. Management ignored severe hygiene issues caused by neglectful roommates and their pets. First, overflowing cat litter created an unlivable stench. Staff repeatedly gave roommates advanced notice for inspections, masking the problem. After a failed attempt to swap rooms, my daughter was temporarily displaced. They screwed my family over time and time again. Not one person I know has said anything good about this place. Dirty roommates, money hungry management, overall horrendous. Save your time money and your sanity and go to the other apartments.
