Living at Vintage Canyonland Apartments has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The management is completely unprofessional and treats residents badly and unequally. They also charge outrageous fees for the smallest things, making it clear they only care about money, not the people who live here. The property feels unsafe we even found a bullet in the parking lot, which is extremely concerning. I would not recommend anyone move here. You guys need to be better at locking the pool at night right at 10 o’clock so no one can get in at 3 AM and wake me up it’s not okay
Reasonable rates for student housing. I lived there last semester and I had a great time. Miguel, Devyn and Jenny are awesome to deal with :)
Front office is very unprofessional especially Devin. Shares private information about my personal situations. And about current tenants. Which is a violation of privacy and extremely unprofessional. On separate occasion will add charges to your account. Had to have them remove multiple charges. Won’t notify you 24hrs prior of entry to unit. won’t notify you if Roommates move in until they have already moved in.
I enjoyed my stayed there. Miguel a member of the staff was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend them !
