Honestly if this place could have a no star id put it. They couldn’t care less about their residents like when I moved in the place was utterly disgusting. They never had cleaners come in to clean my room or place before move in even after I expressed how bad it was and showed pictures. I had to do it all myself and pay a cleaning company cause of how bad the apartment was left. The service is good but we had to pay full cost for utilities. Even though the wifi kept failing and they closed the pool for about 5 months. Its now winter and they just reopened it. So that was quite annoying
Dishwasher been broken and smelly as hell after multiple fixes, also the toilets do not flush the majority of what I put down there. Which could be a skill issue on my part. I haven’t really had anyone shadow me on it but I have 19 years of experience flushing toilets. One time there was a weird gasoline smell, like, car gasoline smell, coming from a vent for a few hours and it filled the entire apartment and we all got sick. Living at Vintage Canyonland Apartments has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The management is completely unprofessional and treats residents badly and unequally. They also charge outrageous fees for the smallest things, making it clear they only care about money, not the people who live here. The property feels unsafe we even found a bullet in the parking lot, which is extremely concerning. I would not recommend anyone move here. You guys need to be better at locking the pool at night right at 10 o’clock so no one can get in at 3 AM and wake me up it’s not okay
