The stoves provided by the Vintage are extremely unsafe, requiring us to reach over a hot burner in order to turn them on or off.

Place needs to be cleaner. All elderly people. Should be much more sanitary. Well, suppose to be all elderly. Noticed over the past year more and more residents under 55. Not sure what that's about. Not affordable housing either. Rent being raised every 6 months now. Price goes up and the quality goes down. Parking situation is terrible. I pay monthly for my spot just to have my car damaged from people parking on either side. Manager or police won't address the issue. Giving up my narrow spot for the street.
