Nice clean property, Mohammed is really friendly and professional.
The manager was very friendly & even came out to car to talk to me since I was in a wheelchair and took my daughter for a tour instead and I was very pleased about that. I wish their was more mgrs like Nick he was so helpful. Finding a place is already so stressful and he helped make that experience alot more peaceful. Thank you.

4/29/26 Now that Inta is gone, things are slowly getting better. Maintenance much better; Pool table finally fixed; Hallway walls painted, new roof. Rent increases are more reasonable now. ===================================== 1 Star: Manager is seldom available, often not on site or has office closed to residents. Inta makes it clear she does not want to be bothered or interact with tenants. Rent increase of $800.00 a month was outrageous. Now paying over $2,000 for a low income apt. Place looks dumpy.
