I had a hard time finding a place to properly cut my hair the way I wanted it. I found this gem over a year ago and i haven't been anywhere else. These guys are top shelf!!
POOR customer service- WAITED 20 minutes This is with a CONFIRMED time of arrival. The barber had just started with a customer upon my arrival. After 20 minutes, I asked how much longer and told a couple of minutes BUT clearly this person is inept with telling time. I thought that just ..maybe the other barber ( owner?!) that finished up with a customer , may have stepped up , NOT A WORD …No action taken. Great performance includes not in the physical work but how customers are treated, shameful, just shameful. So much for h... read more
