We’ve always been impressed with the quality of work from Vinson and Sill, Inc. They recently installed a new drain line for our farm and their knowledge and professionalism made quick, neat work of the project. We are very disappointed in the work that was performed by and the poor customer service of Vinson and Sill Inc A/C and Plumbing. Initially, we had a clogged toilet. We were unable to loosen the clog using a plunger. So we called Vinson and Sill. We told them when we called to schedule an appointment that the contractor who had installed the toilet and grinder pump recommended that they fix the problem by opening the grinder tank and pulling out all of the contents that were clogging the system. Had several issues a clog to be found and repaired, sump pump installed, and a dusk to dawn light installed. All the employees were professional and courteous. They stayed until all the jobs were completed and things were running smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to do the job. Will choose them again in the future!!
