I had a Pedicure almost 4 weeks ago for the first time at Vinpearl Beaconsfield. When the technician was trimming my nails she nipped my toe with the clippers, I immediately jerked, she looked at me, no apology and continued on. I left with a sore toe and assumed it would heal. After 3 weeks of bearing the pain, I have a toe infection and am on my 2nd dose of antibiotics and it is actually getting worse. I now have to see a Podiatrist. I’m very disappointed in the salon.
I went for a pedicure. I didn't want her to remove the colour as I had it recently done. What I received was my cuticles cut, that's it nothing more. No foot spa massage nothing? Then tried to charge me full price. Advised them what I received, as it turns out it's $25 for them to do my cuticles ??? As well as waiting at least one hour for this. this was the best nail experience I have had yet. i got acrylic French tips with a design for a reasonable price. Short wait time and nails didn’t take too long. Staff were extremely kind, skilled and listened to your needs. Will return.
