We were there last week. The lovely, lovely woman who hosts the dinner and wine pairings waited on us. She just seemed to possess so much knowledge about the oils and how to use them. We had a wonderful time. After several tastes, we decided that we prefered the lighter less pungent oils. And the Blood Orange Oil is to die for! Oh, and did I mention the Lemon Balsamic? (And now our punch card is almost full!)
