This office needs to change some of their processing procedures in order to not waste the time of people experiencing potentially life threatening reactions. I waited over a month to be told my referral is rejected because my referring provider wrote "hives" on the referral and Doreswamy refuses to even read a referral unless you've seen a dermatologist first. I tried to make an allergy test appointment at the allergen clinic with Doreswamy for a month and got no results and no feedback. I was first told that I needed a referral and that once I got that, I could get an appointment within 2 weeks. I got the referral, submitted it and then called three days later. They then told me “the doctor will review it shortly, call back in a few days”. I then called back every week for the next month and was told the exact same thing.
