I have been going here for a couple years now, Stephanie and her colleague have always taken care of me! I always go for refills and my eyebrows and they always have been very quick and professional Definitely recommend in Chester springs! Salon is clean
Rushed to remove my gel polish by buffing it off, and my nails have been brittle ever since-even after 6 weeks :(
I came in at the end of the day and I guess they were understaffed, and I felt like the most unqualified person in the world gave me a pedicure and manicure. I look at my manicure one day after and I’ll splotchy and missing polish and some spots, it felt rushed when they did it compared to other places and I’ll never go there again and I regret giving him the tip that I did.
Worst gel manicure I’ve ever received. The service was sloppy, rushed, and painful. I left the salon with gel polish all over my skin and nails, and my cuticle was cut to the point of bleeding. Overall, there was a clear lack of care and attention to detail, and the experience was very disappointing. I will not be returning.
