I have been a Vino Med Spa customer for a year now. I have never had a more hygienic meticulous pedicure in my life. Yume Nguyen is my pedicurist she is a technician she takes her time and leaves no stone unturned to provide a quality service. She also educates you on all your services and gives you a home care plan. She is the ultimate professional! This place is amazing! She went above and beyond, it was clean and relaxing, private, and affordable. The wonderful tech who did my nails did a fantastic job on my toes they look and feel so much better. I was a few minutes late and she got me back and started right away but she even made me a cup of tea! When leaving she even squeezed someone in who had their appointment on the wrong date. The application of keryflex overlay on toenail wasn’t done correctly by kay tran and now my nail is in excruciating pain from it lifting; guidance on fragility wasn’t given during the service. It took several calls to reach someone to get a follow-up appt scheduled.

I have attended this place for the past 3 years for the Keryflex treatment and Kay and YuMe are always super nice and do a very professional and flawless job. There is a new technician, Patrice, I had a couple of appointments with her. She is very sweet, kind and professional. Any of them three are on top of their game. I highly recommend them.

I got my nails did yesterday and sadly they are chipping already, the technician was really nice and kind but her work definitely is not. My nails are already chipping. My toenails are kinda “ok”. Sadly I don’t recommend to go to this place. Or maybe it was just that the technician didn’t do a good job!
