i was there for a full face wax , and she literally burned my face !!! the wax was super hot and she didn’t even did it right! i complained with the lady and she said she had 33 years of experience and that i didn’t even know what i was saying plus she gets mad because i told her something! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! my face hurts a lot and honestly I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!!! i do not recommend this place at all!!!

I feel compelled to have to write a review i don't wanna complain but the owner needs to know. They have a very nice establishment but I think they need to hire new staff the older lady that did my nails was unaware how harsh she was well cutting and trimming my nails she pulled at skin and used the device to remove polish until my nail was so sensitive then she did a very messy job applying polish did not cover whole nail pot on skin it's been almost a week and nails are chipping because polish was on skin.

Worst experience ever. The little old lady that did my pedicure was obviously having trouble even seeing as she put the polish on my toenails. Completely skipped shaping my nails or trimming my cuticles. Polish is blotchy and thick and uneven. I’m so disappointed and just walked out without even having my manicure done. Literally took my shoe off when I got to the car to show my friend, and one toenail has already lost the polish.Does good service even exist anymore???

Yesterday was my first time ever going, I walked in, as I didn't have an appointment and I was quickly seated to have my manicure done 🥰 I told my nail tech what I wanted and he did them exactly like that! He was also very friendly and caring, the lotion smelled reallyyy good ♡ I will definitely go back once I need a fill on my nails or a new set, 10/10 recommend 💝
