Absolutely horrible office staff. Dr. Varghese is the most non caring and unethical provider I’ve ever met. No people skills whatsoever, rude and doesn’t listen to your concerns. They make you wait an hour and he rushes in and sees you for 3 mins. I imagine how many people are misdiagnosed because him. So many wonderful doctors in the area, he is not one.

He’s been my doctor for some years now. New office staff is very rude and lack communication skills with patients. As a nurse, it’s frustrating when I get there and they manually do my blood pressures, each time they are done incorrectly. Someone really needs to properly train the medical assistants. As well as teach office staff therapeutic communication skills. Office manager is never there when asked to speak to her. Writing review on office staff. As a new patient with insurance we where told we needed to pay $150.00 for our visit. Before going to office visit we checked with the insurance who told us our co-pay for visit would be only $30.00. When questioned the young lady why the $150.00?, we was told something about the deductible of $1000.00 for the year and that was the reason for paying the first time visit of $150.00 and once insurance would be billed we would get a check back.
