I spoke with Kim today regarding the repairs for my Ranch Rover and she was extremely helpful. Kim was very empathetic to my problem. She also had a can do attitude and is working hard to make sure my vehicle is fixed right and at a competitive price!!! Thank u Kim it is a pleasure working with you!!!

By far, the best customer service experience I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. The staff was super friendly. The young lady at the front was so hospitable and nice. i have never been the person to write reviews but the experience i had was unbelievable. i have brought the car twice now just for them to FIX A PART THEY BROKE. Then they didn’t even have the balls to tell me myself that they broke my car i had found out by another shop that i have took it too. i have to come out my way to bring it to this horribly ran business just for them to STILL not be able to have the part already in hand once i called and made an appointment. First I’ll start with the girl working the front desk very rude! All I got out of her is handing me a bill of overly double labor hours of each installation, I stood there for 20 mins with her of her not wanting to break the bill down to me nor she never went to get anyone to explain to me! I guess she just thought I was a stupid girl that didn’t know anything about car parts/installation that she just wanted me to just payout the overrated bill and be done. - Poor Customer Service - Poor Double Labor Hours
