VEX is awesome! Great customer service and passionate, knowledgeable technicians. Not sure I can ask for more, but they give it to you anyway with a great waiting lounge and free local shuttle service. Ask for Josh if you drive a Jag. He can probably answer any question you have about your car. These guys know what they're doing!
These guys are 10/10 which is hard to come by these days. Josh’s knowledge about Range Rover issues and how to repair is priceless. This is a specialty shop and they are cheaper price-wise than even my local shop. I drive 1.5 hours to bring my vehicle here. Yeah they are that much better. They replaced front and rear crossover pipes to the supercharger with aluminum, and some other minor things like airbag light, transmission fluid, spark plug. All flawless.
These people are a godsend. My mom’s Audi Q7 was having serious issues. It was literally going back and forth to Audi Of Baton Rouge for over a month. Audi assured us everytime that the issue was fixed. $1700 the first time, picked it up still malfunctioning, $6700 the second time again Audi assured us it was repaired. The third trip back to Audi $2600 and was assured again the issue was fixed. At this point I did not return to Audi because they were literally draining my pockets. We had our vehicle brought over there in hopes to get it fixed. Despite it being older than what they prefer to work on they took it in anyway which was very gracious. I correlated with CJ and he was very prompt with communication and professional. Unfortunately the car wasn’t in sufficient shape for them to work on it. Everyone was very nice to me! I brought my Audi Q3 in for a test to see how things were (thinking of trading her) after a few repairs and "Great" service i've decided to keep my car a little longer. My coworker told me about this company; although, tucked away in corner off of Cloverland I thank God 😊 for them.. these Ladies and Gent was awesome!
