He explained everything to me in a way that made sense and cleared codes on my car that had been there for a long time. We took several test drives and it turns out nothing is wrong with my car. I guess I didn’t technically get a service done at the shop, once I arrived for my appointment and sat for two hours. I was informed that they didn’t have the correct part for my car. On October 20 I booked an appointment to come in for a transmission flush and filter change on a 2014 Audi Q5 hybrid. While on the phone with the receptionist, I confirmed twice that they had the correct vehicle with the correct make and model and body type for my vehicle.
