Shops like this are the reason Range Rovers have a bad maintenance reputation. Brought in my td6 with an exhaust leak, they quoted me $8,000 for a new dpf. I told them I have a scanner and thats not the issue, also that the leak is visible. They said their scanner is better and that there is no exhaust leak and charged me a $300 "diagnostic fee". Took the car to a real shop and they fixed the exhaust leak for barely more than VEX European's "diagnostic fee". Do not take your car here.
They work on all my cars! Porsche,Audi, GT-R you name it! Super fast, Super convenient! Staff ladies are awesome! And best of all Josh! He is a beast, and extremely honest, saves me time and money!
I am a repeat customer over the last 5 years and VEX is second to none. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and well-organized. Repairs are completed in a timely manner with constant communication throughout the process. The technicians are thorough and competent while the advisor team always has answers and solutions to my questions. Special shoutout to Sarah as she is always polite and helpful during the process and wiling to give extra effort to meet my needs.
Service is great, the customer service is impressive, and the experience was top notch.
