I needed a minor repair for my car. Everyone at Vinnie’s was so nice. Much more affordable than having repair work done at the dealership and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I have taken my car to Vinnie's several times for minor repairs and service over the past several years. Everyone at the shop is always friendly and the staff is very knowledgable. More recently had to take my car there to be repaired following an accident. The shop worked directly with the others driver's insurance company which helped reduce my stress and frustration. Took 5 weeks for my mom to get her car fixed. They are very behind and had to keep rescheduling. Not recommended.
Exceptional customer service! This was our first experience having them do work for us and we'd highly recommend them. Great work and simply phenomenal attitude towards their customers, very accommodating.
