Front desk courtesy is not bad, no time wasted, I didn't get to sit waiting for too long before seeing the doctor and he was so professional
Front desk and nurses very nice and professional waited a very short time to meet Dr. Juneja. He was very clear about what tests were required and why they were needed. He was so clear my immediate response was to fully trust that he was an expert in his field and I was lucky to have found him. I’d give him 10 stars if possible.
At my initial visit with Dr Juneja, I noticed his compassionate demeanor. His authentic concern regarding my ill-health was visible. He is clearly knowledgeable in his field: ask relevant questions and give clarifying feedback. His disposition, makes one feels comfortable and relaxed. I have seen him at the White Oak and Laurel locations, and finds staff at both locations personable and professional. Additionally, the physical environment of both locations are welcoming.
