This place is a horrible excuse for a treatment center. I went here once several years ago and they had me removed after I came forward to warn them that other clients staying there Were trying to get drugs into the facility. Instead, those people I told on turned around and claimed I was the one trying to get drugs in And had me removed from the treatment center, and I'm now never allowed back here again. If you want help this is not the place to go there treatment program is terrible the groups won’t help you and if they do help you it’s only cause the staff convince you that it helps you they don’t care about you or your recovery at all I had a really disrespectful roommate that started an argument with me in my room for no reason and I stuck up for my self and argued back with him they ended up kicking me out of treatment and let him stay and he started it anyways this is where they don’t care about you or your recovery th... read more
My experience at Vinland was inspiring to me. It helped me with a lot of time to reflect on myself. It let me get back into practicing routine. Participating in groups and meetings. Started to eat healthier. I got back into shape by exercising. Including running again after years of not. Having the opportunity to appreciate nature again. I'm grateful to Vinland, it's staff, counselors, nurses, fitness team, my group members, my AA meetings there, the cooks and everyone else heavily involved with this facillity. This treatment is by far the worst treatment center for anyone who wants to get help. We sent my step dad here in hopes to get help with his addiction and with his brain injury’s which they are supposed to be known for helping specifically with both of those issues and he needed to complete for probation. Not only did he not get the help he needed they also don’t have family groups. This place does not follow up with calls and intake ..They are rude on the phone and obviously don't care about people who need help..Thanks for nothing
