I love this gym the energy is always there. The people are motivating and fun. It's just an awesome atmosphere the trainer is very knowledgeable about her craft I would recommend this place to everyone she is very skilled and knows how to give a great workout even when I needed modification. I also love the nutrition plans she has they are easy to follow and I've been seeing serious changes in my body that I absolutely love!!!
This is not a gym it's a better way of life with amazing people to support you and push you beyond your expectations. There are many classes and times to chose from and the instructors take the time to explain all moves before class and even offer modifications to make it easier or harder. I really like that it's always a different workout and it's always challenging.
