My family recently visited Dr. Vanita’s office, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We found both the doctor and members of the staff to be unprofessional and dismissive in their communication. At times, the behavior felt disrespectful and made us uncomfortable. Healthcare providers should create an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and treated equally. Sadly, that was not our experience during this visit. Dr.Vinita is a very good doctor, she always pays attention to my needs and always has time to listen and helps me out with any questions I have, I been with her for 4yrs and every time I come out from her office I’m very happy because she listens to me.
