Such poor customer service! I would leave 0 stars if I could. I usually go to the Ansley store, which they are amazing. I will never go here ever! Had two rude employees on the phone. I was trying to get my bike serviced and let like I was bothering them. I don’t appreciate being talked down to!!!

Best sales guys and service team. I have bought a bike with Patrick, and it was a thorough fitting and purchase experience. Lake and James have both done tons of work keeping our mountain bikes and road bikes in top shape. Highly recommend.

Bought my first hybrid from Mike W. a couple of months ago. After trying it and not liking the ride, switched to a 58 Trek road bike. Again, the ride was not that great. Finally got it right and am currently riding a 62 Trek Domane AL2! I am an athletic person, but this is my first venture into road riding since my college days. I am 64. I went in a few weeks ago for help with my pedals...the customer service I received was top notch. They adjusted them no charge and made sure I was good. Fast forward one month I went back to get refitted on my bike...again they met me at the door helped me in got me on the trainer and we determined that my bike I purchased online was 2 sizes too small.
