Convenient to everything. Quiet, lots of trees for shade though way too many have been neglected which causes some to lose limbs or fall. Though they are neglected, when they do fall and damage your personal property the damage is considered an act of nature and the complexes insurance will not cover your loss. This is a nice place to walk when other drivers drive the posted 15 mph speed limit as there are no sidewalks. There are treeroots growing under and pushing up the pavement throughout the complex so one must pay attention to where they are walking, especially at night.
