We lived in this building for almost a year, in a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was new, the building was quiet, the elevator worked perfectly, and the neighborhood was so peaceful that we barely ran into anyone. The pool area is clean and pleasant. There is also a space with two grills where residents can prepare barbecues. On hotter days, you may need to wait for someone else to finish using the grill before starting yours. Has anyone else noticed there are a lot of suspicious men living here now? Hoodies, teardrop tattoos, multiple tattoos, getting dropped off in black vans, sketchy?
I have been very satisfied with my apartment, the property, and the location. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are responsive to any issues that arise, and they do their best to make everyone feel welcome.
Huge shoutout to Carlos for the awesome service! He showed up quickly, fixed everything perfectly, and was super friendly and respectful. It’s great having maintenance that actually cares about the residents — thank you!
