I’ve loved living at the Gentry for its location, updated appliances, and thorough communication from the office staff. The past two years, they’ve continually improved and maintained amenities while keeping residents informed on updates and safety concerns. The ladies nights and happy hours are great for residents who want to build a community and the property is spaced out enough for those who like their peace. Anna is the best apt property manager you can find in Louisville!

My boyfriend, dog and I have been living here for just under a month and yesterday we attended our first resident event! It was so much fun!! It was free beer, AT HOME! Genius. It was so fun to meet our neighbors and we all played cards against humanity- no better way to bond. Can’t wait to see what events they have next. Overall I truly love living here and am so glad we made this choice.
I’ve been living here at the gentry for about 6 months and everything has been unbelievable! The staff is super friendly, community is great and the location tops it off. I highly recommend making this your next home.

For a property charging premium rental rates, the level of service, security, and management has fallen far below reasonable expectations.
