The customer service that Melissa, James, Kenyatta, and Joe have given me has truly been exceptional. They really care about the residents and they ensure that every detail of customer service is exhibited. Great place to live , nice pool area and friendly people. Been here almost 2 years.
Lived here nearly 3 years. Had great experience at first until new office staff and everything went downhill fast. They do not show respect. Do not refer people for their money back policy because it will take an arm and a leg to get it. The staff does not always let you know you have a package will say it's not there and it be there.
