I can't say enough negative things about this shop, the owner, and the techs. She did a shoddy brake job that failed within 4500 miles/6 months, then when the rotor failed she said it was my poor driving. Sweetie, it's impossible to ruin brand new brakes that fast. Or maybe it was the alignment she mentioned? No wait maybe it was the brake fluid level or brake line. All of which were FINE after I replaced the parts myself this morning. What a joke. I was traveling through Georgia when the transfer case went out on my truck. I was stranded in Georgia with my two young sons and my dog. I called Vinings and they said they would take care of it quickly. So, I had the truck towed to them. I have been a mechanic for thirty years. Remove and replace a tranfercase is a 6 hour job. I have taken my BMW to this garage for over 2 years and was recently horrified to discover that they had NOT done the work; I had taken my vehicle to have the Oil Change and Oil Filters Changed. A certified mechanic just inspected my vehicle and revealed the shoddy non work of the mechanics at Vinings Auto Repair Garage. do not take your car here! You end up paying more than any other shop. $500 for an oil change! that's all they did to my car.
