Waited 2 full hours for doctor to come into the room after my scheduled appointment. Was laughed at by front desk ladies when asking why he is taking so long. Doc came to the conclusion that we should not treat because I was asymptomatic at the time, though it can still cause long term side effects and is very transmittable to others. Dr lopes is a well spoken man but if you are in serious need of help I would book an appointment elsewhere
The office staff is horrible. Maybe not all the staff but unfortunately I didn't get a name so I can't identify the problem. People are going through difficult times and they can't be the least bit accommodating.
After seeing several doctors I was referred to Dr. Lopes. He spent a lot of time with me and explained all of my labs in detail. I felt he really cared about my health issues and I was very comfortable with his recommendations. I would highly recommend him.
Thankful to have him- genius but also listens to his patients
I've been under Dr Lopes's care for over a year, he is the best. I'm alive because of him and his staff, very grateful
