The response from the owner is utterly dishonest and completely unacceptable. I must be unequivocally clear: at no point was I informed that the wedding dress I purchased for nearly $1800 had "sustained some damage" or that "the boning would need to be redone." I am so incredibly frustrated and upset about the wedding dress I bought from your store for nearly $1800. This was my wedding dress, and the quality was just terrible. After wearing it for only about 30 minutes, the boning in the corset part bent and collapsed. By maybe 2 hours of my wedding night, the top of my dress looked awful. This left the entire bodice looking terrible and disfigured, forcing me to use my veil as a desperate cover-up for the remainder of my wedding night. I had such a wonderful experience with Ariel at Vini Vici. It was my first time for a bridal fitting and was feeling a little uneasy about the experience. However, Ariel was incredibly friendly and accommodating, answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions in terms of planning my dress shopping and alteration timeline for the wedding.

I am really happy with the fabric quality of my dress. Also, the design and fit are perfect. I feel absolutely in love with it and feel like myself. The staff was friendly and nice, with personal approach to my vision and needs. I also found the prices to be reasonable. Totally recommend this bridal shop.
