Quality and fabrics were just okay, you get what you pay for. I booked and paid for a VIP appointment which stated “complimentary snacks and refreshments will be provided”, on arrival, there was a water jug on the coffee table with tiny disposable cups and that was all. Really disappointing.

Had a private appt and loved my experience. My stylist was very friendly and super helpful and I loved that we had the entire studio by ourselves, it made me feel comfortable.

I was greeted by Airel when I came in, and she was seriously the best. I was driving in from Seattle and running late because of traffic, but she was so patient and flexible about it. Once I arrived, she really listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses that matched exactly what I described. Even though I didn’t end up getting my dress there because of my short wedding timeline, Airel was still incredibly understanding and went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend her to any bride.
