The staff member has cut all the skin around my toes trying to get the nail polish off she applied all over my toe tops & sides.. they are a mess.. one of the other staff members tried to fix this bodge job to no avail. Will never return.. I did not see any hygienic practices. Waste of time & money

Came here to get my nails removed and they just ripped them off without any care. They did not soak the nails to soften them and it took off my nail going well into my skin. They would not stop ripping them off even when I told them they were hurting me. I also have very strong nails and have never had any pain or issues removing nails in the past. They charge $25 and took less than 10 mins to rip them off. I’m shocked by how rough the service was and would not recommend them at all.

I’ve been here a couple of times. Pedicure was fine. Manicure not great. They are quick to get you in and out and have little attention to detail.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst nail job of my life. Came here to get nails for my wedding. They were abrasive, talked over me, the nails applied were at an odd angle and my nails hurt for days. My feet were also sore after a rushed job with small cuts to my cuticles. Came back to get the fake nails removed and the manager wanted to charge me an extra fee and wanted to have an argument in the store about how it was my fault I didn’t complain at the time. Not something I do very often to be honest. Gross!
