He showed up the very next morning and handled business in less than hour, I highly suggest him he’s literally way cheaper than most of the big guys and he’s quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. If people don’t hire him for electrical needs they are foolish, bottom line.
I hired Vinh to come out and help investigate unusually high electricity usage at my home, and he was great to work with. He was very professional, easy to communicate with, and took the time to carefully check everything during the diagnostic visit. Called Tai Electric as a new customer, after my fiber optic cable was torn off my house during an ice storm, as I was concerned about the electric to my house. Vinh came out within a day, and after a detailed look, found out my electric panel and wiring coming into the house all had major rust/corrosion, all of it needing replacement. He gave a reasonable quote and was able to start the major fix within days, which included coordinating with nat'l grid, as a new cable was needed from the pole to the house.
