It was apparent the front desk staff and doctor did not want to work the day of my appointment. I overheard two of the from desk staff members discussing they had so many errands to run but they can't be done on the weekend. Doctor needs to improve on his bedside manners, I won't be returning to this office.
Arrived for an appointment before the grace period was up and was cancelled on at my arrival to the clinic. The physician decided to enforce a policy that is not found within the check in forms or website. Additionally, I had traveled 50 mins using public transportation for this appointment. Very upsetting as I am a medical student seeking to get a physical done and this is one of my physician experiences at the start of my medical career. Very awful and the physician would not even try to complete atleast half the visit.

Overall I was very happy with my experience and my appointment as a new patient. I was coming into this appointment after deciding to find a new DC provider after several disappointing experiences with another DC provider and Dr. Thus far GW has done a great job for me so far and exceeded all expectations. I am looking forward to my next follow up appointment.
