Giving vinfast a shot because of one exceptional store manager named LiLi. I went in the summer of 2024 and like everyone else, I had my reservations about the company. But Lili was patient and answered all my questions, was respectful, and never pressured me to do anything. I was very impressed with the customer service. Finally in December of 2024, I finally bit the bullet (after a month of hemming and hawing), and got a lease.
