I toured New Waverly Manor while searching for wedding venues, and I am so happy I did. The property is stunning, meticulously maintained, and offers the perfect romantic atmosphere for a wedding. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. We recently toured New Waverly Manor and we are impressed by how beautiful it is (and it's only just outside of Houston... which we prefer)! The entire estate is stunning, and my fiancé' thinks the photo opportunities are endless. It is an absolute dream location if you are looking for an elegant, picture-perfect backdrop near Houston. Highly recommend checking it out!
My husband and I toured Chateau St. Cyr and Waverly Manor on this past Tuesday for a 25th wedding anniversary. What an experience! The pictures just simply do not do the properties justice. Right now I'm torn between the two properties, but Chateau is like nothing I've ever seen before for a venue. Waverly Manner is like something out of a story book. Oma was our tour guide, and she was wonderful. She made sure that I had the kind of experience that makes you hesitate to pick another venue.
Stepped onto the grounds of Waverly Manor and immediately got it. It’s such a beautiful spot and I can picture everything right there! Texas ranch-style, a quiet lake, plenty of trees, and that white gazebo. it just feels special. Elegant without trying too hard, peaceful without feeling empty. If you’re looking for a wedding venue near Houston that actually delivers the dream, go tour this place. You’ll know the second you drive through the gate, this will be the memory of a lifetime!
We had the most incredible experience at New Waverly Manor! The country scenery is gorgeous, and the moment you drive up, it feels like home. We knew on day one this was the place for us. Ashley and LeAnne made planning so simple, accommodating, and enjoyable. They truly are nothing short of wonderful even months after my big day. I can't recommend New Waverly Manor enough!
