What a dump.
Threatening to evict people for having dogs IN THE HOME THAT THEY OWN. They don't maintain ANY parts of the park, all responsibility is put on the home owners. If your underground plumbing is damaged, tree roots growing thru it, it's all on the homeowners.. but then they turn around and say "it's OUR lots" then do something to maintain it, if not, stop charging rent for the lots if it's OUR responsibility. Impact has a notorious reputation for price gauging, and forcing people out so they can sell the land for commercial use... read more
