I've never actually set foot in the store but I have ordered things over the phone several times. Even when the Vineyard Vines website, or my local store is out of something, some how the Memphis store always has it in stock. The customer service is top notch even over the phone. Everyone is super friendly and was able to get what I was looking for! Outstanding store, even better sales team.
Best, largest store we've been to so far in USA . Outstanding service, as well. Very clean, organized- perfection. I also loved the playroom for little kids.

Visiting Memphis for a soccer tournament and dropped by the store. Staff were super friendly and helped our group of girls and gave them whale hats which made their day! My favorite VV store and I've been to several (Virginia, Texas, Ohio, Delaware)
Love this store and the customer service! We will definitely be regular shoppers!
