I’ve been coming here since 2019 to see doctor Kim. He used to be at the south location but I followed him here as he is a phenomenal doctor. Today I called to schedule a Botox appointment for my migraines, and Nahdia picked up the phone and was immediately, rude and horrible from the get go. She said I’ve had 3 no shows in the last 3 months and she would have discharged me if it was up to her. I informed her that the first ‘no show’ the clinic called ME to cancel because dr Kim was sick. Complete nuisance created by a receptionist Nahdia, my daughter tried to book over the phone and this lady started threatening her that she will discharge her as a patient from clinic. Lot of other people had also given reviews about her that she would not pick up phone and lock the door during business hours. Doctors are nice. I strongly urge the management to fire this Nahdia from Job and hire someone who have common sense how to talk to sick people. Great clinic with amazing staff, doctors, nurses and reception. As a women my concerns are taken seriously, test run appropriately and referrals sent when required. They don't push meds/pills unless it is required or that is the last resort. Every doctor there is great at their job, you never feel rushed to get out.
It was amazing, Linda in the front was so informative and had alot of patience.she answered every question I had. Dr lui was just as amazing, it felt like he was truly listening to me and helped me. So thankful they are my family doctor.
If I could leave one star I would. I have never been treated worse at a clinic before. I had been seeing Dr Liu for nearly 5 years and find out today he never took me as his patient just a walk in. Though I asked him to be my fam doctor. I missed one phone call appt in the last year and I’m not allowed to make appointments anymore and have to be a walk in. . Good riddance
