Diane is simply wonderful: aside from her kind, friendly demeanor and her immaculately clean studio, Diane is an *extremely* competent electrologist, by far the best one in the East Bay, where unfortunately there are a few electrologists who will fib about the length of their experience and lack both the skills and the humility to provide a service that is worth your money. Diane is Amazing. She is very polite and makes the whole process very comfortable. The COVID precautions, cleanliness and hygiene is up to the mark. Also very punctual. Overall good first time experience.

Diane is amazing... There are not enough adjectives to describe her! I've been seeing her for about a year and a half. She has been such an important and amazing part of my journey! She's always welcoming and absolutely accepts you for being you! From a procedure she helped me prepare for to ascetics and unwanted hair removal. Excellent service. Keri worked on me and was very professional, informative, and accommodating of my schedule. Clean office. I had work done in a sensitive area and it was totally worth it and I'm thrilled with my results.
