We hired Vineyard Construction in February 2023 for a deck project and as of April 22, 2026 it's still not complete. The project experienced multiple issues, including failed inspections, code-related concerns, and damage during construction. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, the project has remained incomplete and communication eventually stopped. This is a double-edged review. As far as the actual physical construction of our new deck goes, I would give that a 5-star rating, but there were other issues that arose during the project. The first issue was when the materials were delivered to our house. Those were put on our driveway, blocking my wife's entrance into the garage. Then, after contacting Troy, they came back out and moved the materials into my side yard on my lawn. We recently had a new composite deck built and had a great overall experience working with Ryan and Dave. There were a few hiccups along the way, including the initial build being the wrong size and some issues with the stair placement. However, what really stood out was how responsive and committed the team was to making things right. They addressed every concern promptly and ensured everything was corrected to our satisfaction. Ryan and Dave’s team did an amazing job on our new composite stairs. The quality of the work from Dave’s team was wonderful. They were polite and a pleasure to be around while on the job site. They were quick, efficient and kept the place clean. I would definitely go with them again.

Vineyard Construction did a fantastic job with our new deck! From designing the deck, tearing down the old one and building the new one with even a small trapdoor to access under the deck (and all in a very timely manner, sooner than we had anticipated), it was a super smooth process with Ryan, Dave and Heather. The team was very professional, and I'd highly recommended them for your next project.
