Great Place, but Vineyard Commons Dog Breed Restrictions on their own lease is Not enforced . Comfort dogs require documentation, but this does not excuse the restriction list. There are units with 2 dog restricted breed . 55+ with restricted dogs is not a good mix.
Vineyard Commons is one of the best 55+ communications in this part of the NY Hudson Valley. Office management personnel are pleasant, courteous and responsive to our needs.
