This has been the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had.. I’ve never encountered a business that simply stopped responding after collecting full payment. We installed all of our blinds through Vineyard a few years ago, and everything worked well initially. However, we later began experiencing issues with the scheduled auto open-and-close functionality of the blinds. It has now been over a year since we first reached out for follow-up support, and unfortunately, we still have not received any guidance on the next steps.
