This has been the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had.. I’ve never encountered a business that simply stopped responding after collecting full payment. When placing my order, I told Steve multiple times that I wanted a wall-mounted controller for my motorized blinds. Despite this, the blinds were installed with the remote controller.
