Not impressed. After getting a diagnosis completed by Vineyard Bay I decided to take my vehicle to the Toyota dealership for a second opinion. The dealer confirmed that the majority of the work Vineyard Bay flagged was not necessary. Ended up saving several thousands by having the Toyota Dealer look it over.
Very capable and easy to work with
Great shop with friendly service reps! I take all 3 of my cars here for oil changes and maintenance.
Took my truck in for misfire issues, they first said it was a wire, then it just needed an oil change, then it was the fuel pump, then they just didn't know. After a few tries there I ended up taking it elsewhere. Since then I've heard more issues with subpar service and outright maliciousness. I will never be taking a vehicle here again.
I cannot say enough good things about Rush Automotive and their staff. My car overheated on the bypass and I was honestly scared and overwhelmed, not really knowing what was happening or what to do. I had it towed to Rush Auto, and from the very beginning, everyone there was unbelievably kind, respectful, and professional. That alone made such a stressful situation feel a little more manageable.
